They advertise hot water if you press the button on the machine for hot water check the water to make sure it's hot...because they put out cold water to try and save money tl... if you press the button on the machine for hot water check the water to make sure it is HOT ..

because they use cold water to try and save money ,and most people don't even bother to check whether there's hot water ... where you put the detergent in it.

So after you put the detergent in...and the water starts running and you want hot water... which clean clothes twice is good as cold water ....make sure you check that its hot .... The owner won't even give a refund ... had to wait another half hour or so to redo the clothes and the water came out cold again ...it is fraud to save hundreds of dollars a month spitting out cold water when hot water is what the customer requested.

this is a great place now since last year, new owners took over they finally got new top loaders which I love also they have fixed a lot of the broken machines great staff very friendly!! I love this spot!!! wifi also since I like to browse the internet and do bussiness

Half of the equipment is out of order and the other half doesn't get hot most of the time! Laundry can sit unattended for hours limiting the usable machines. Can't use the play park and you need a key for the nasty bathroom. Don't waste your time!!

Place is a joke, all their equipment is faulty. Washers don't get clothes clean dryers don't dry clothes. Save your money and go to a pro-clean!!!

Terrible service, rude workers. Dryers go to cool down by 3 minutes. Many dryers don't get hot. Rarely is there hot water. And today a woman complained about her washer, attendant was rude, did nothing to help her, the woman dragged her comforter out of the washer out the door and she didn't clean the mess nor put caution signs up for the wet floor in over 30 Minutes.

A lot of the machines are broke.. But when I put in 7 quarters for 35 mins in the dryer and the dryer don't get hot, the guy working said yeah it wasn't getting hot earlier. And you have to stager the dryers don't use them by each other.. He would only give me half my money back for the dryer. The dryers don't get very hot so you have to spend more money to get your clothes dry. They are ripping people off big time.
