First things first, I am a very very casual smoker that lives in Birch run, mi. My husband is a newer smoker that ventured online to find a new cigar shop. He found Smokers kastle online and it had great reviews so we went. I tagged along just for fun but had no intention of smoking. As soon as we walked in the door I felt welcome. The shop has a big comfortable lether coach arranged with chairs and several ashtrays, there is a large cooler with lots of drinks to choose from they even carry my favorite drink by Virgils! So they got me there! But then the shop owner, Jay came to greet us and was so amazingly friendly and helpful. He walked us through the humidor explaining the differences and the brands. SOOOO HELPFUL! While not being pushy at all! For being first timers to the shop he offered us each a free cigar and the one he gave me was infused with delicious liquor and vanilla flavors.... oh my gosh.... I loved it! We made our purchase then he invited us to sit and smoke. We had such an amazing time sitting with Jay, another smoker Doug, and Jay's brother. We talked about sports, businesses, and food. It was one of the funnest times I've had recently I am so glad I went in with my husband to this charming, welcoming shop. As Jay's brother said we only are strangers at the shop once! We will be back without question! Thank You SO Much!
