They claim to be a Toro service and parts center but didn't even have in stock a common lawn mower muffler. Part was ordered, told would come in 3 days. Two weeks later part still not here. When I questioned a little punk at the parts counter was rude and made the statement "I can't help what Fed-ex does." Right. Granted this was a small purchase; they seemed to be very friendly to those shopping for thousand dollar tractors and mowers. I will not be a return customer and I would recommended caution due to the poor and rude customer experience I encountered. Order parts from online venders and you will get them much faster.
