Mark was prompt, professional, expert & thorough. With it being the first time we had hired a chimney inspector/sweep he took the necessary time to explain all areas of the inspection and cleaning. Then Mark explained our role in monitoring and insuring we do our part to maintain a safe firebox and chimney.

This is by far the best contracting company I have ever worked with!!!!!!! I have to take my hat off to Mark and Corrine. They are a dynamic team. From the very beginning during our estimate to put in a brand new fireplace and chimney Mark knew what he was talking about and gave me so much confidence that it was hard not to want to work with him. After the estimate they followed up with me with a written contract and set the expectation from the very start about when to expect the job to start and end. They are fully licensed and insured and going forward there is no body else I would dare to work with when it comes to my Chimney and Fireplace. You guys ROCK!!!!!

I have to say this is the most refreshing business I have worked with in a long time! The customer service is worlds above any other business I have come into contact with in the last year and I am redoing a house from top to bottom. Mark and his team is friendly and efficient. I have finally found a true"fireplace pro". We have had a issue with oder and mild smoke in basement when ever 1st floor woodburing FP used. We had several "expert chimney sweep's" none of whom solved anything. When we contracted Chri DeCaro of Prosweep,he arrived on-time,cleaned and inspected the chimney (with the video tool) and diagnosed the root cause within the hour. He installed new caps-issued resolved. We have at last found a fireplace contractor-for good!

Our home was filling up with smoke from using our woodstove and chimney. We called Pro Sweep and they knew exactly how to resolve the problem. They even used a chimney camera which assures us that we are safe from any fires or other chimney issues. We will be calling Pro Sweep every year or more frequently if necessary, for all our chimney needs.
