Provided by YP.comOnly problem we have had is our roof they installed has leaked since they installed it. This last time we have called them at least three times to come look at it and no return call and we still have a leak.

Provided by YP.comJohn from Clair Boring just put in 4 windows for us and finished the outside trim. They look absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. John did an excellent job and Clair's price was extremely reasonable. I will be having him do more work in the next year.

Provided by YP.comI am not from Butler County, but I am a property manager in Slippery Rock. I know no businesses or their reputations here. This was the first company that would return my phone call when I needed to paint 2 of my units as my maintenance man decided to quit without notice.
I spoke with Clair regarding this project. I told him I had 2 units to turn. My complex was built in 2010 so the units just needed 1 coat to freshen up the space. I gave him the paint color from Shermin-Williams. I also told him that before my maintenance man quit, he did some patching and those spots would need sanded.
Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum showed up 4 business days later than originally scheduled. I had to call Clair AGAIN to remind him he signed up for this job. Then, they think they are going to spray the paint on my units. They said they were told it was student living (because this is a college town) and that they were brand new. Not only that, they didn't even do one of the two units I had requested! On top of this very large communication gap between the owner and employees, the employees left the place a disaster! There was paint all over the door trim. All the wall plates were already off and the place was spot painted before my maintenance man quit. They did not even trim the ceiling or around the outlets. Then to boot, they left the painters tape on the trim and drug a 5 gallon bucket across the tile floor dragging spackle all over leaving it to dry.
If I could give this business 0 stars I would because I am extraordinarily displeased with their business ethics and quality of work.
