crystal image photography had a contract on my 20+ thousand dollar wedding. we paid thousands for our photo albums and dvd. it took us 16 months to get our unorganized, unfinished, empty photo albums. to this day we still dont have all item listed on our contract. you dont buy a wedding cake and get batter, icing and told to go make it yourself. this is what happened to us. please post this to warn others of this shabby business.
