When the bridal shop I’d originally used (closer to home) suddenly declared bankruptcy, leaving me wondering if I’d ever see my dresses, I emailed D.I. Bridal (they carry my vendors and I was asking if they had my styles in store). Within the hour, I received a phone call back from Donna. She didn’t have my styles, but she contacted the store’s vendor representatives on my behalf. Within days, my dresses had been located and were shipping to their store. Donna made sure to update me frequently, as well as update her coworkers about my predicament in case I had a question if she wasn’t working. I am very grateful to the staff at D.I. Bridal for helping my bridesmaids and I get our dresses!

Very rude and unprofessional! Dont think you will have your stuff you purches in time for your special event , (I know all about that). And they cant size right. As a paying customer you deserve to get what you pay for and be treated right! STAY AWAY!!!!
