Had my first haircut there 2 wks ago. Read their reviews and seemed great. I had to trim some long pieces on sides. The stylist didn’t want to do a full bang ( what I’d asked for) but instead did a side band, which I didn’t like esp with my glasses. So I called, went back, got the full bangs and she did more feathering on my sides.
When I got home, I saw how uneven these 2 sides looked!!!
I went back again, asked to speak to mgr and told her what was going on. She admitted that my sides were uneven and trimmed them herself.
Finally looking better. I’d asked about compensation. She said she’d let me know as she felt a refund was due. I didn’t hear anything back for several days. I called and left a msg. They texted me and said they’d called me on a date and time and left a msg. There was nothing on my phone records and no msg.
Really upset that I spent $40 for this mess. I’ll be going back to Butler Beauty School. They’ve never disappointed me.

Absolutely love this salon! I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience! This is the first salon that I've actually returned to regulary because I am very picky. I've gotten perms, dyes, cuts, waxes, and used their tanning beds and love them all! Keep up the great work, girls!

Before I was a regular customer, I must say their innovative panache is what drew me in. Now I have been going to Double Image Styling Salon for many years, and one thing I can say about this place is they were not awarded the Best Styling Salon in the area (for multiple years in a row) for no reason. I will vouch that they have a multitude of services and products offered at affordable prices, for one. The staff are always pleasant, and many of them greet me by name (even though I have only ever been the customer of one stylist). I have been a customer long enough to see the salon go through an expansion, which tells me a) they are successful in what they're doing, and only growing, and b) they take the feedback and input received from their customers seriously. I am proud to say that I go to Double Image Styling Salon. When asked why, I explain that they are not just stylists, they are SPECIALISTS. For me, that makes the difference!

Been going to Nancy for several years now and she is terrific. A consumate professional! A color expert, she literally saved my hair from my own self destructive ways! The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly and professional. Nancy and her staff stay on the "cutting edge" of the latest style trends by attending trade shows. Love her work and her personality! She is a great lady of integrity running a high quality shop.

I have been a customer of Double image for 25 years and have always had excellent service. The owner is truly passionate about what she does and makes it her personal mission to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your hair cut and or color. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a salon in the Butler area.

Been going here for 11 years. A great group of girls. You get treated like a princess! My 4 year old loves to go and get pampered too!
