I have continuously rented for family video for years now, renting movies at last 3-4 times a week, despite the fact that half the time the videos I rent either do not work or skip terribly. The only reason I have tolerated this it's because I have most of the time I am compensated with a free rental or credit on my account for the inconvenience and frustration. I have just been told that I will no longer receive anything for any defective disc through no fault of my own by a VERY disrespectful employee, named Sarah, whom works at the location on Cunningham street in butler pa. It was not only embarrassing, but downright disrespectful, incorrect customer service! I will not only never rent from ANY family video store again, but I Will be sure to mention this to all the people I know who hold an account there in hours they'll do the same to save then the kind of disrespectful frustration from bad products and worse customer service. I will also contact legal counsel for the embarrassment I have just endured in goes this woman will never be able to treat another human being like they are nothing. The unprofessionalism has been shameful as this is not the only time she has failed to represent this business in any kind light.
