No service after the sale. Refuse to even return phone calls. Promised made, not kept. Equipment delivered a week later than promised with no notice that it would late. Seem to be a clueless bunch. Amazing they are in business.

I purchased four new wheels and rims from the Dealer about two years ago and this spring mounted the front two. A few weeks ago while mowing on level ground the front right wheel tore itself off the bolts and hub, experiencing metal fatigue. Almost two weeks later while hauling dirt up a hill the left front wheel again ripped itself apart, tearing the metal away and causing my tractor to nearly flip over.

I discovered on the Internet that these Kubota wheels problems with metal fatigue is well known and documented in forums across the country. Power-up responded when informed of my problem saying that the Kubota Rep said that he had never heard of such a problem and the Service Manager said that He does not beleive anything from the Net. However the Dealer agreed to give me one new tire and new rim but would not admit to a problem nor stand-by the second destroyed rim.

When I arrived and showed the Service Manager the ruined rim which nearly cost me injury when it put the tractor in a roll-over position he immediately asked; " Do you want to buy another rim since we are only giving you one and not covering the second one?" I explained that I would never buy from them again and tried to leave the dealership. On the way through the showroom a Parts specialist at the counter asked about the damaged rim and then asked the owner to come over to hear my problem. Again the Owners immediate question was not about my safety or remedying the problem but instead he focused on why I would no longer be a customer. His aggressiveness increased, which angered me so I simply said that the rims he sold almost killed me and now the best he could do was try to hustle me for money. This direct approach should be avoided by any customer for his tempered flared and he said he would physically remove me from the showroom. Considering that I was trying to leave and it was he who stopped to talk to me it seemed odd until I realized what he was attempting to do. He asserted this the second time all while I was trying to get out of the conversation and out the door to flee. It was early in the morning just after they opened and only salesmen and employees were there. But clearly the Owner was making a show in front of his employees that he was a tough guy. He wanted to force me into a physical confrontation. Old men like myself don't deal with customer service issues with physical behavior. The salesmen showed their loyaly, leaving their desks and moving at me by the time I walked out the door.

If you don't beleive me,, feel free to ask for a picture. The Dealer has them too. My suggestion is avoid this business even if you have to drive a distance to find a good dealer.
