It took 3 months for them to send a shower chair for my father. I was not allowed to look at or pick out the chair. They sent junk that collapsed when he sat on it. My father is 209 pounds, not unusually heavy. I called and wanted to return the chair. They say I'm not allowed to return items, but they sent another chair. The same piece of junk as before. It collapsed just like the other one. I called and told them to take the junk back, release the claim on the insurance so I can go to a different place and get a quality item. They said No! I have to accept the junk. So they sent a third chair that did the same thing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
