Yup, poor service here!! Basic things like bringing silverware, checking back,actually bringing a promised refill. Oh, btw food comes out cold. Overall, they just do not "get it".

I normally love Texas Roudhouse and was excited to learn there was one in Butler, On 03/28/2011 some co-workers and I decided to eat at TRH. Two of us ordered a medium rare steak. We were told that was a "hot pink center" steak. Both came out bloody rare. My co-worker was so disgusted she couldn't eat hers. I sent mine back and it came back dry and overcooked. The manager said she'd take the meal off the bill but still charged me for eating the side dish. If you tell your customer you're going to comp the meal, COMP the meal! The service here is questionable at best and the steaks have no flavor! NOT anything like the other TRH's we've eaten at.

Love going here.. the food is fantastic.. the drinks are delicious.. the decor is inviting. Love the cinnamon butter and the chicken critters.
