The 1st time we went I tried to overlook the fact that my filet was cold and very red, even though I wanted well done. They did take it back and reheated and it was also not tender at all, but chewy - the worst filet I ever had. The service was also very slow and took forever to get not only our food but drinks as well. Then they charged a 20% gratuity, even though the service was bad. It was only my wife and I with our 2 13 year old kids. This was using a Groupon, so we thought ok, we'll come back with our 2nd Groupon that we paid $20.00 for.

The 2nd time we went back, we thought we may get a good meal, better service and I would not get the filet. At the door we were greeted by the owner who told us they would not accept the Groupon, even though it had not expired. He expained they decided to no longer accept. It didn't seem to matter that we paid for it based on their advertising on the Groupon site. It cost $20.00 for a $40.00 dining value. I asked if he would do anything at all, since we already spent the $20.00 and wanted to dine there. He refused and actually became very rude. We explained they would never get our business and we would tell everyone we could. He could not care less. So here I am, telling all who read this to avoid this place and do not waste your money. I wasted $20.00 the 2nd time around and received nothing.

Great great place. Food atmosphere and people are all amazing!

Took 20 minutes to get first drink, only 1/2 full glass, put one shaker in 2 glasses. Took 1 hour to receive appitizers, 1 1/2 hour to receive food not hot, cold in the middle. Reservations made in advance to eat and see band. Set band up around the table, Owner came to our table after 1/2 done with cold food,(waitress never came back to check on the food) that we will have to leave because they have another reservation in a rude voice. Waitress never came back to check on drinks. ate whole meal with no water or anything. They do not have Ice tea. Friend asked for hot pepper seeds, big siiigh... ummm I dont think we have those. Very bad additude from owner, waitress only came to our table 3 times. drop drinks/take food order/, drop food off/bill off. I drove 1 1/2 hour to get there and have never been treated so horrible. We spent over 100.00 and waited and was rushed the whole time. I had to go to the bar to pay for our food because waitress never came back over 20 minutes later. Never go again.. horrible experience.. I could go on and on.. please do not waste your time.

The Brick House always has something going on six nights a week. My favorite place to go. The staff is wonderful... Shelly makes the best drinks.
