I have unfortunately been subjected to this dental practice for several years. And while I have not had personal experience with Dr. Murphy, Dr. Bonnett is the one and only valuable asset that Bonnett/Murphy Dental Associates PC: Bonnett Richard R DDS possesses. The hygienists are fairly competent, but beware of Bonnett's dental assistant, "Trina". She is an absolute nightmare, manhandling her patients with little to no compassion. Objects were repeatedly rammed into my mouth roughly, and at one point she shoved her fingers into my mouth and jerked my head to the side, rather than politely asking me to turn my head. Her communication skills are nonexistent and the entire staff of Dental Associates seems to border on sadism with callousness and bad attitudes. I do not recommend this dental practice, at all, whatsoever, unless you want your mouth to be assaulted and pummeled unsympathetically. If you're looking for kind, sensitive health care professionals, you won't find it here.
