I have been a loyal customer to Midwest Flexible Hose Inc. in Butler, Wi for over 20 years. The employees I have spoken with have all been helpful and efficient in their work. All of my orders have been shipped on time and packaged well. The staff at Midwest truly make me feel like a valued customer, as a business should. When I need to double check on orders, I speak frequently with the executive assistant. Not only does she get back to my emails promptly but she also is respectful and accommodating. I highly recommend Midwest Flexible Hose Inc. to be in business with.

Midwest Flexible hose drop shipped their product for us and ignored our shipping instructions. They shipped prepay and add and dinged our credit card for the freight even though our PO instructed them to call for instructions.

When I asked for weights, dims, and origin ZIP to determine whether they're shipping fee was reasonable, the following transpired:

Th "executive assistant" that I was dealing with made it clear that since I was only a small customer with spotty purchase history, she really didn't care that the order was handled incorrectly.

Further, when I finally did receive weights, dims, ZIPs, etc. the response was,

"This shipment was 1 box, XX” x X” x XX”, XX#. It was delivered XX/X/XX. Our zip code is 53007, which can be found on the invoice copy. A simple google search would suffice as well."

I felt that response was snarky and unwarranted. I AM the customer after all. And I have no way of knowing where it may have shipped from. Lots of my vendors ship from multiple locations. Besides, once she looked up the weights and dims she had the rest of the information in front of her anyway.

I called her out on this by returning a sarcastic apology for asking for the ZIP codes. Her response was that she was "shocked "at how unprofessional and obnoxious I was. She asked me to conduct my business elsewhere. To which I say, "duh".

If you're a "little guy" and this company makes a mistake, my experience tells me you won't get a satisfactory response. Your mileage may vary.
