Located in Butte, Montana, Acadia Montana is a residential treatment center that supplies invaluable care for youth, ages 5-18, who are in need of treatment for behavioral, emotional, and/or psychiatric concerns. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges, this licensed center encompasses both residential treatment and the Altacare program. Young people who partake in the programming offered at Acadia Montana will engage in individual, group, and family therapies and can benefit from a wide range of specialty services during the course of treatment. Furthermore, each patient receiving care at Acadia Montana will receive an individualized treatment plan that will detail the presenting concerns, how those concerns will be treated, and the goals that each patient will be working towards achieving. Lastly, positive reinforcement is utilized within the programming to foster positive change within patients. It is the goal of this center to help young people return home with the skills and abilities needed to live healthy, productive, and prosocial lives.
