The rudest staff and the highest prices for flowers in Butte. I will never use them again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Brenda's florist states that they guarantee their service. I placed an online order and requested a very specific delivery date a few days in the future. The order was delivered four days early. I was very unhappy with this service and emailed them to get an explanation as to why they didn't follow their own order confirmation. I was never answered even after several follow-up emails. I will never use Brenda's Florist again.

Wow, what horrible service! I'm surprised they're still in business. When we placed the order, the ladies were very unhelpful and rude-like we were putting them out by bringing them business. The flowers were not ready when we went to pick them up (pre-paid of course) and they had no record of the order. They haphazardly filled the order with flowers that were dried out and already wilting. The next day, we get a call for our order to be delivered (which we had specified that we would pick up in shop) and when we talked to them, they said that the order had been sitting in the back the whole time. From beginning to end, this entire transaction was a disappointment. If you have a choice, try someone else for your flower needs as these ladies were absolutely unprofessional.

GREAT SERVICE and GREAT PRICES!!! Very helpful and friendly to work with over the phone. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service.
