I was traveling from N. Dakota to Spokane and broke down twice before getting close to Butte. The two previous tow trucks & shops supposedly fixed my car--NOT. It was late evening when I broke down again and I was days behind schedule, very hot, tired, and completely discouraged. But what could I do--so I called for a tow truck. They suggested a couple things to try and it worked! I made it safely to Spokane six hours later. Whoever answered the phone that night was the angel on my shoulder and I am so grateful. Thank you!!

Terrible customer service, nasty people, beware! Business is totally disorganized and their people and management issues become yours.

Beware!!!! Huge mark-up on parts!!!! The Bill was huge and I got online and found a 260% - 466% mark-up on a Fuel Pump FG0053 price. This business gets you when you are down..... and takes advantage of my son moving to Butte, with Mom's credit card.

My college age son was traveling from Bozeman to Seattle, the water pump went out in Butte, he needed towing and repair. These folks were very helpful and fixed the car for him the very same day. At a very fair price and were very kind as well.

The owner and staff were exactly who you don't want to have to deal with when you are having vehicle problems! Shady, rude, nasty business ! Gilboy's gives Butte a bad name!
