Poor customer service and overpriced allied with box spring issue. Was told 1-2 days for service. 1 week later and nary a phone call. Called them back and got excuse after excuse, but no apology for their negligence. Lost this customer. Found same bed for 200 cheaper after spending 800.

I bought a bed from Rudolphs years ago and my son and his wife are using it now. It wasn't too expensive and it still is in great condition. They are uptown, which is more difficult, but I still recommend them.
