Many years ago, I had issues with Swim's Disposal but I also have to share part of the blame with that and readily admit that but since my using Swim for the past year, I can say nothing but good about the service.

We have been with Swims for 12yrs. Not once have we had any issues. We have a dumpster which works really well for us. When we need an extra pickup, it is picked up within 2 days of our request. Never had an issue with customer service.

Besides communication issues and not picking up my trash like everyone else has already mentioned, the ATTITUDE needs corrected big time. Shandra the office lady has major attitude, and heres something funny and new im getting treated like crap about the location "THEY" placed my bin and that since they had problems with the "PREVIOUS homeowner" they feel they can take it out on us! I never told them to place it where they did so not my fault! From end of October 2015 to the last week of december my trash was NOT picked up and they still expect me to pay for a month of no service! They actually expect people to leave trash out for animals to tear into for an entire month and then lie and say they will pick it up! now my trash wasn't picked up again for January 2016 and for bs reasons too! I believe the only reason I got a return call to my message today was because I've let them know that from now on I am recording all calls to and from them and taking pictures from now on!

We have been customers of Swim's for several years. It has been getting worse and worse. At first they would take your branches if they were bundled, then it was if they were bundled and under 4 feet long, now it's not at all. If they see any kind of wood in your trash can they will not take it. Which tells me they are searching my trash cans, kind of curious. But the straw that broke the camels back is in the last month they have not taken my trash twice because they said it wasn't out by 7 am. We always put our trash out the night before. When my neighbor called to day Swims said that the driver had taken down a list of names of people that did not have their trash out. So as the problems increase and the customer service decreases I have decided to go elsewhere with my business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've been a Swim's customer for the last 9 months and I've very disappointed with there trash service. My number # 1 compliant is with how they pull into my driveway like a raceway. Pick up the trash with leaving stuff all over the ground and pulling back out. They pull in and out at very high speeds I have little kids and dogs and I've called to complain about this problem with no avail.
