Dear Owner/s:



I am writing this email to complain about a reckless driver employed at your Athens store. On November 1st, my girlfriend and I were driving on rte. 50E heading towards Athens. Your delivery guy entered the highway from a cross street coming from the Sunoco gas station and entered our lane causing us to swerve into the right lane barely missing the guard rail! The driver then sped up as we followed him through Kroger’s and Walmart, trying to get his license plate number. Once we copied down his license tag number we went to the Athens store and reported the incident to the manager, where he took down my name and cell number.

At no time did the manager or anyone from your pizza shop offer an apology or indicate that they would speak to your driver. We were simply looking for an apology. However, the lack of response from your management has given me cause to share my story with all of my co-workers at the college and beyond! Your employee was reckless, he would have been cited if the police would have been present. Your representative’s lack of customer service and failure to resolve our concern in a timely manner shows a blatant disregard for the safety of other drivers and no concern for attracting business from future patrons.
