I have a car with low profile tires and rims that are more flashy than functional. I'm always suffering with flat tires with our pot holes in NJ. I found myself stranded with a flat on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, not even cell phone service. I limped my car the nearest house so I could use their phone. Whose house? It turned out to be Dave's house, the owner and proprietor of Elite Automotive. He helped me, (on a Sunday afternoon in the blazing sun), get my rim off and agreed to take it to work with him the next day. He brought to work and back with the new tire ready to go. I just got a ride to his place the following day and picked up my car. That's service. What a great guy to help me out on his day off when he could have been spending time with his family. I go through tires like tic tacs, and I will be getting them from Elite Automotive from this point forward. I strongly recommend them.

HORRIBLE!!! My car broke down o the highway. I had it towed to Elite on Tuesday. I was told it would be looked at that day. They DID NOT have the courtesy or decency to call me and tell me they did not even look at the car! I called on Wednesday. Again, they did not look at it until LATE afternoon. I needed to call them 6 times until I got a direct answer. Due to the cost of the repair, I told them to have it towed my home. I told them my son would be there at 5:45 after work. I was told by Sue, the owners daughter, that Elite closes at 5:30. She would have the tow truck driver wait for my son and they would bring the car AND my son home. My son got there by 5:45. NO ONE WAS THERE! The car was not there either. I looked in my driveway and saw my car!! Elite NEVER called me, nor did the tow truck driver. He just dumped the car in the driveway. I live in an apt. and have a assigned spot. The car was not placed in the spot. It was at an angle, and in someone else s spot. My son also had to walk home which took an hour! My son and I then needed to push the car into the correct spot. On Thursday I left a message of what happened for Sue. She called me back and was VERY RUDE and EXTREMELY unprofessional. At no point did she even apologize. She said she was at ELITE until 5:50 which is a complete lie. I told her she said the tow truck driver would wait for my son. She knew he was coming to Elite by 5:45. she said, "well,I told my tow guy to leave." She never called me. The tow truck driver SHOULD have waited for my son as promised. NEVER bring your car to Elite. They are rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional! They are slow in evaluating your car or truck. HORRIBLE service and people. Elite really should have a zero rating!
