I bought a glider kit from them brand new 4 months ago. I'm already having to rebuild one of the cylinders. Its leaking oil, they say it was rebuilt IN HOUSE. What they didn't tell me when I bought the truck is its not registered with detoit warranty so I cant get repairs done without CALLING fitzgerald, then sending them pictures, etc, they have to check off on everything. Then they have to SHIP PARTS from tennesee. If this was a real warranty my freightliner dealer in my home town could just take care of this and get the parts themselves, instead im stuck sitting here while they authorize everyone with fitzgerald, who's warranty department isnt even open on the weekends, then waiting for them to ship parts for my BRAND NEW truck that shouldn't need these repairs in the 1st place. Buyer beware, misleading sales and miselading warranty!
