After my Subaru was broken into (shattered the front passenger window), I called numerous shops and was quoted far above what I thought was reasonable. I called ABC and was instantly quoted much less than anywhere else. He ordered the glass, attempted to replace it, and of course Subaru sucks and many of the parts were worn and/or broken. It was unfixable using only the glass. He spent time to research, made numerous calls, and stayed in touch with me throughout. He found a window with the new parts, and 2 days later I had my window replaced STILL UNDER the quoted price from anywhere else (I called 9 different businesses in the area). I highly recommend this place; the owner is very friendly and works with you until your issue is solved. As long as I live in the Grand Rapids area, this will be my glass repair shop.

ABC Glass was great to work with. My windshield was a mess. The Company that did the last one did a lousy job and didn't stand behind their work. ABC Glass did a quality job and educated me during the process. This left me feeling confident that I had received a professional service.
