I do not recommend to anyone!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Find another bondsman! We agreed to meet at the jail at a certain time. Me and my family ran into a couple of complications with getting the money in cash and when reaching the jail, the woman had an attitude because she “had been waiting for 30 minutes” but my family and I showed up at the agreed time. She storms out of the jail and I tried calling them back and they blocked my number. One of my family members tries to call back later because they were the cheapest and they hung up in his face. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to go to a different bondsman and paid an extra 200 which was worth the terrible experience I had with Burnette. It is already difficult knowing that your loved one is in jail and they just made things more difficult.
