We purchased a travel 2/5/22. George was our sales manager. Our opinion of George is without a doubt he went above and beyond helping us, from pricing to help driving of the lot, we had truck issues and he called several times to check on us. Thank you George you did so so much for my husband and I. I am planning on the next time we are in GA stopping and seeing you all

We went in looking at campers and dealt with James Davis he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we got the answers to all of our questions would definitely recommend anyone see James

I wish I could give them a zero!! The service dept. is a joke they have never called me back one time we have been waiting for 2 months for the awning and it is still not there and they told us if we come get it to take it camping anything they were going to fix they would not be responsible for after telling us if you want to go camping just come and get it!! there are other things also but they are a zero!!!! 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Had our camper for 2 months, got it ready 2 days before my husband had to be on another job. Work was not done properly & they actually did damage.

Disappointing to say the least! We purchased a 2017 Impact toy hauler in February - It's now the end of April and we still have unresolved issues. Sales reps made promises they couldn't keep. Service dept is the worst we've ever experienced. We made a huge mistake purchasing from them. We hope other Camping World locations have a better service dept!

Went to look for a camper to purchase but won't buy til April. Our salesman Chance was wonderful. Never pressured us and was very professional. Even stayed late with us.

Called the day before headed back to Colorado. Really can't go back with out winterizing the trailer. Taylor's worked me in the next day, knew I just bought the trailer & did a 24 point inspection finding a loose handrail on top resealed it for me.
Bob took the time to help me select the most important things needed for the trailer. He went over many important issues, potentially saving me thousands in the future. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

I made an appointment two weeks out to get my roof AC replaced under an extended warranty that required I pay labor. I drove 100 miles for the schelduled appointment and they had record of my appointment - didn't appear to have a computerize scheduling tool. The service rep., David, quoted 4 1/2 hr. for labor @ $129/hr. I asked why it would take so much time and David said to seal the unit so it would create a roof leak. I am an engineer and knew the seal was built into the AC unit and shouldn't take that long.

I then called the Pooler Camping World and talked to Mike the service manager and he said could take it in two days later and it would take one hour of labor and I would get a 10% discount for being a Goodsam Member. I took the motorhome to Pooler another 100 mile drive an they did a timely replacement and the AC manufacture paid the 1 hour service charge also.

We went up the first week in April to look for a camper. We walked the lot for two hours. No one offered to help us. This should have been our first warning..we went back two weeks later and purchased a new camper. This was on a Friday. We scheduled pickup for the following Tuesday and were told it would take an hour for walk through and for us to leave. Four hours later we leave. That was the beginning of a horrible ordeal. We had an incident while parking the camper which required work and ultimately a new roof. We waited on camping world for two and a half months to get the parts and schedule repair only to find our the parts were never order. We took the camper somewhere else in mid July to have roof repaired. Camper has been home two weeks and we now get a recall notice and are being forced to go through camping world for repair. Parts were supposedly ordered on Tuesday and will take two to three weeks to come in....we shall see. Won't recommend.

I really enjoyed everyone I did business with, will definitely recommend to others. Josh and Brian were really top notch.

WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS OUTFIT! Sales rep states 2 year warranty EXCEPT when you go in to have a repair, your told, "sorry. This is not under warranty" and YOU can contact Jayco and complain to them. Our unit is less than a year old and shotty construction is the reasoning for needing repairs. If you are going to state that there is a warranty then YOU, THE SELLER, SHOULD STAND BY IT and the consumer should not have to "negotiate" with the manufacturer as Nick has stated for me to do. Spoke to Lewis the general manager and apparently he does not know how warranties work as he transferred the call to this Nick who stated that I, the consumer, would have to initiate the claim to get our camper fixed. NOT PLEASED WITH CAMPING WORLD OF BYRON WHATSOEVER AND DEFINETELY WOULD NOT PURCHASE BUBBLE GUM FROM THEM! If I could have given them a zero star I would have!

Really disappointed in this establishment. We are looking for a travel trailer but no one in store wanted to help us. We walked around the lot for a good hour with salespeople zipping by, but not once did we get offered assistance. We WERE ready to buy if they had what we were looking for. But we will never know. Even as we were leaving 3 sales people were in a golf cart, no customers, and they didn't even stop.
