I have never had such a terrible experience before. We were overcharged for our bowling, and when we asked about it the owner (yes the owner) refused to give us our money back. On top of that, we had waited two hours for a lane when we were told it would be 45 mins. The owner yelled at us and after trying very hard to get our money back for the overcharge, she still refused. Will never go back there, and do not recommend it.
