What a disappointment. We bought half a beef from a farmer and had it processed there. Firstly, our order was shorted. Secondly, items we requested were ignored (such as bones and snack sticks). Thirdly, the meat we had ground there was full of gristle. And we did complain to them. So far nothing has been resolved. They have not found our missing items.

I'm so glad I stopped in and discovered their snack sticks. These are the BEST I've had in many years. They are doing a great job.
