We wanted to offer you, our guests, a family friendly place to order a super product where you could dine in, let us do the cooking and clean up the mess for you! We can do this by constantly testing our product, listening to our guests and making changes where needed. Great Pizza 26 26 26 26 26 26�fdfdfd.

Great Pizza…………………. POOR Service!!!!!!!!!!!!I really love their pizza and their ranch is the best but I can hardly bring myself to go back due to all the poor service. It has happened to me a dozen times. I crave pizza and my wife wants to go so we end up there.

(Because the Pizza is Great!)

We walk in, "seat yourself, your server will be right with you." yea if you call 7 or 8 minutes "right with you" all because she is a high school girl who is hanging out with her friends and the manager at the cash register. Then you get your drinks with another 10 minute wait before your order is taken. At this time it will now be a full 25 to 30 minute wait on the pizza. That would be OK if I knew that 30 minutes is just the required time needed to cook such a great pizza, but it’s not. I have countless times wanted to scream because I have sat there watching my pizza or appetizers sit on their rack getting cold for 10 minutes all because 3 waitresses and the manager have their back to it while leaning on the counter talking and for some the cook can’t say “hey, order up.” Then finally something in the girls head says “I’m at work, I should work” and she turns around brings your food and then walks off and goes out back on an infinite smoke-break all while I now need napkins, a knife, and a refill, along with the side of ranch I ordered.



I hate to be so picky and I want everyone to enjoy the great pizza but it is the same mode of operation every time I go. So Mr. Owner, whoever you are, PLEASE………read this and then hire a manager who can run a restaurant.
