My home warranty company chose this company to do my upstairs AC unit. The first employee (Brian) came on 6/22. The unit runs nonstop without cutting off and wasn't reaching the temperature set on the thermostat. Brian cleaned it and said no freon was needed which seemed to work for a few days. The unit began to run nonstop again. The second employee (Jeff) came on 6/29. He said we needed to have the insulation in the attic checked and that the unit needed freon. How in the world do employees from the same company get different diagnoses in a weeks time. And NOW for some reason the AC for my downstairs isn't working, which has never had any problems. This is no coincidence. STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THESE QUACKS!!!!

This is the best experience we have ever had. He fixed our a/c in 1/2 an hour with a $20 part after another company told us it would cost $1000. Thank you Brian and Cabot Mechanical!!
