This company has terrible customer service. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

This company has extremely rude customer service. The reps could not seem to provide direct answers to the (reasonable) questions I asked. But the worst part is definitely the bad attitudes of the employees. They are not helpful or informative. They are passive aggressive, unsympathetic, and hostile. I've experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever received, each time I've had to call.
