Provided by YP.comPurchased Van from Searcy Automotive in October. Needed new windshield. Was sent to Discount Auto Glass and new windshield installed. Two weeks later, windshield leaked. Called dealership-in turn they called Discount. Since I live in Hot Springs Village, they said they would have their Hot Springs office look at it. They did, installed new windshield and installer stated windshield was defective or not installed properly.
I Called Discount back in 3 weeks and informed them windshield was leaking again. "We'll have someone right over at the end of this week. (week of December 21, 2015).
No one to date has shown up to fix problem. I t is now January 12. Started raining yesterday and inside of Van is wet where windshield is leaking. Water ran onto my control panel on drivers side (electric) and now it won't work.
Called Clint (Manager) and he was under impression someone had come out and fixed problem. No, no one did.
Wet Van, can't drive in rain, electrical system on drivers side now out, dysfunctional. Did take Van to another windshield repair shop in Hot Springs and they verified that it was the windshield that was leaking, not a problem with the top of the Van not being sealed properly.
So here I sit, wet van and all. Clint is to call someone and call me back.
