Yes stay far far away from them. Not only do they take forever, but will lie about where they are at in the repairs any time you call.

Stay far far away from these guys. They take way to long to fix your stuff snd then charge you way more that they said it would be. They are also great at loosing your equipment and then finding it weeks later.

Great customer service. These guys are the experts!
