This is actually called Topline cleaners now and is located at 21 Ryeland but has the same phone number. I gave one star only because "no stars" was not an option. This is, by far, the worst cleaners ever. This is the main hub of the 5 businesses so everything is cleaned here. THEY LOST OUR CLOTHES TWICE. I don't know why I tried them for round #2 but I did. I went to this location because last time, our clothes were lost in transit from one of the other locations to this one where all the cleaning is done. I figured I would help myself and cut out the middle man. NOPE. I showed up with the ticket they gave me and they didn't have it. They then invited me into their shop to find my clothes! I might as well just buy Dryell and do it at my house for all that. When expressing my sincere disappointment and how awful this whole situation was to experience for a second time with the same company in a 90 day period, the worker told me that she in fact deserved the apology I was asking for because I was "screaming in her face and being rude". When I asked to speak to the manager, I found out SHE in fact was the manager. Excuses followed of computer problems, them having 5 other stores, it could have been under a family members name.....the list goes on. So when moving from my spot that she placed me to look for my clothes (remember, I was invited back there and stood only where she told me to, yet I was in her face), I in turn found the garments with my husbands name on them!!! Why that was the case when I had opened a new file with them and he'd never been in there I'll never know. What I loved though was how one of the employees looked at the manager and was like "You didn't think to look up her husbands name who has the same last name as she does?" Plus.......it has his work phone number on there so we would not have even been able to track it down via phone number. If it would have been anything of a less important garment I wouldn't have stayed for such treatment. I would have just walked out and said "When you find it, just donate it". They clearly have a computer system that doesn't work for them, awful management and customer service (clearly) and are as unprofessional as it comes. Her workers were actually more helpful, kind, and said "I'm sorry" with the added offer of the clothes tab being on them. I will never be back and am seeking other cleaners.
