Very unhappy with this company. When we started getting them to pick up our trash, they haven't done a good job. We were told that they didn't have a trash can for us and it would be the about 2 months before they would have a can for us and all we needed to do was to put our trash in a bag and they would pick it up. Last week 7-22 we did just that and they didn't pick our trash up. We called them and they finally came back and got it. Yesterday, 7- 29 it was out again in a bag and they didn't pick it up. My husband called them and told them that they forgot to pick it up and since they do not get our trash he wanted to drop them and go back to someone else that has a can and would pick up our trash. The woman said that she would have the owner call us and as of 10:00 a. m. today NO PHONE Call yet and my husband called them yesterday afternoon. We do not understand a company that doesn't keep a least one can on hand just for new customers.
