Had a shipment sent that needed too be signed for. Supposedly, I was past due on the fee for my box so my package was rejected by Gloria. Cadillac is a small town and treating customers like this can be a bad idea.

Advice:

Mail a bill for the box to the client so they can pay especially clients that don't get mail there on a regular basis.

If a package comes in for a client that's past due, take 2 minutes out of your busy day and make a curtesy call too that client too say you have a package but your past due on your box.

If either one of these business decisions would have been made she would have kept a long-term client and I would have kept passing on the good word on mouth.

Very bad business experience when I'm trying to support a local company!

I had Pak Mail pack and ship two grouse that I had mounted to Texas. When they arrived one of the birds looked like it molted. Whoever packed it did a very bad job. The other bird rubbed against the other bird and I had feathers everywhere. Now I have see if a Taxidermist can put the feathers back on the grouse.
