Beware Buyers , If you Work with Shirley Schafer ,

I would give it a second thought , she was so un professinal , We where prequalified for a VA.Loan found the house i wanted 2ys ago , was up for sale , I loved it more than I had 2 yrs ago , The seller had a person in mind but it was a lease to own , and than supposedly he heard we could buy the home out right , So he was very happy with that and the fact i loved it so much, he met my best friend , because My boyfriend an I where running late getting to the house to meet Shirley

Well so we arrive at the house we check it out one last time , , we dont have our own realtor which is not a good idea , but Shirley tells us she has 40yrs experiance and can be far minded , she has been faxed a preappovel letter from our lender , we give her a offer and a$ sign on closing cost , but she starts asking us all kind of thing that was a no no , are credit scores , and other thing s , not nessasary , she know we love it , and want it , heck im going to drive 60miles one way to work , we end up saying we will talk to the leander on how the closing cost will work , she say she will talk to the seller , she gives us no paper work nothing , nothing to sigh , but i figure we will be back the next day to finish stuff up , and ajust any tweks , well my lend calls and tell me the house wont pass VA specs? I say why well Shirley tells her peeling paint on some windows , the out building s our on there last leg and sounds like they will blow over any min( which was a total lie ) so i tell the lender im calling Shirley , I tell Shirley why would you say that and we will be glad to paint the windows on our days off so we will take care of it , and we made a offer and and half of closing cost , well she said IDK he is thinking on the other offer , cause they have a large down , and r expecting a big chuck of money shortly down the rd soooo , well she never told us any of this the day before, it was he was all excited to sell it out right , so today she call and say he going with the other ppl sorry , and thats it mind you we made her a dual agents because she could be far blah blah , I feel she is selfish untrusting , disonest , she lied to my lender , she lied to us , and maybe the seller , and the Seller talked to my best friend who was so excited to have someone who loved this house so much ... So Please becareful , make sure you have your own realator , and If at all chances try to get someone else other than Shirley,,, Sad and Shocked good night
