Had our Honda cleaned and waxed Did a great job and very timely

I was very disappointed. My seats had not been touched upon my picking my vehicle. They were no cleaner than when I took my vehicle to be cleaned at this establishment. Randy, said that he removed the seats. Yet, he had no clue as to how to open the back door. He tried to charge me more than he originally quoted. I was extremely disappointed.
