I had an appointment set up and then they called and saw my husband had one to remind him of his appointment so they scheduled us on same day to save two different trips. Then they called and said my husband had appointment and I did not. I told them I did then they checked with their appointment registration and both of them said they did not make these appointments. I do remember this because I asked for directions and where they are located. But they denied it and I had to reschedule another time for both of us which was a month away. If they cannot operate their appointments how will they operate their services.
