We offer the quality and service of an old fashioned meat market with modern technology to provide the highest quality meat possible. We have won several awards to prove it! Our Whole Muscle Jerky won national grand champion at the 2007 American Association of Meat Processors ( AAMP ) competition. Several of our meat products took home prestigious awards at the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors ( WAMP ) competition.

Provided by YP.comThey were prompt, the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold so that was good. however the ham was obviously some pre-formed ham that you simply heat in the microwave and serve, the cole slaw & potato salad were from Sysco or some such place and the beans were probably Campbell's right out of the can. Guess i thought when we hired a company that cures and smokes meats, and makes their own jerky, etc. we would get food that was more "home made" and less "can opener".
