Atty. Terry Peebles was referred to me by another Real Estate Investor. I had a pregnant tenant with 5 children, that I needed evicted for non-payment of 4 months rent, which I had been unsuccessful in motivating this tenant to either pay or move out. Atty. Peebles or his staff kept me informed as to where we were in the process, every step of the way. He filed for a court hearing the same day I had paid him. His assistant called me the day she was notified my tenant had been served, with the ensuing court date. Atty. Peebles even contacted me (as he left the court house) to let me know the date I would be able to regain access to my property! I was very pleased with his service, as I live out of state. I am very satisfied with his service, promptness and professionalism!
