My dryer stopped heating. American West Appliance Repair sent Mike out same day. He was very quick and professional. He replaced the thermal fuse, his charge was reasonable and service was fantastic.

American West was great! They came out within 3 hours of making the call. They offered 30% discount on labor and got the job done fast. They were friendly and competent. I would use this company again in the future.

Highly recommend working with this company. Mike was very responsive and informative on exactly what was needed to fix our oven. He was able to repair it the same day. Very reliable service and great communication. Will definitely give them a call if any other appliance repairs are needed.

Reliable, affordable and friendly service! From the moment I called, I felt very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The repairman called to let me know that he was on his way ahead of time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained to me why my washer stopped spinning and told me how much it would cost to fix it. He wasted no time getting to work and performed his job very efficiently. My washer has been working fine ever since. I am very happy with this company.
