Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, between waking and sleep, which all of us experience in our daily lives. It is commonly experienced the first half hour before you go to sleep at night and the first half hour when you are awakening in the morning. This is done by re-scripting old thought patterns, behaviors and beliefs. Physical pain and fatigue are treated with various techniques to help aid healing and reduce negative sensation in the affected area/s.  The length of time it will take to see improvement depends on the individual and their particular issue/s. Hypnotherapy is considered short term therapy, so most cases will take less time to treat than they would with traditional therapy.
