For such a large security company I have not had the best experience with Lantz Security staff or owners. Living in the small rural town of Moorpark in a complex of roughly a few hundred condo's Lantz Security has failed to replace out dated patrol/parking signs on the premises listing the old security company leading to numerous residents cars being towed as well residents confused about how to contact security for information. When speaking with staff and one of the owner to express my frustration I was basically told "tough luck, not our problem & we don't have to replace signs" a very sad form of customer service if you ask me especially from a company who's job is to make you feel secure at your place of residents. Furthermore when told that I was not alone on this issue and would be speak with my HOA company with other upset residents I was told "go right ahead and post it online if you want". All and all the actions I have experienced to do not represent a reputable company that businesses or residents can trust.
