They were great with the sales pitch, but horrible with the follow through.



Our builder gave them a mid December time frame to start, and notified them closer to the time that he was ready for them to start.The day he was supposed to begin installation, Charley Bell of Coastal Custom Closet said he couldn't because it looked like rain and he did not want to haul material in the rain. ( It did not rain for two more days). He said he would be there the first thing the following week. Monday came and went. No Closet people. We called and he said he would be there the next day. This was Tuesday of New Year's week. We were told once they started installation, the job would take 3 days to complete. Here we are, 15 days after the start of the job, and we are still not finished. The truth of the matter is, despite having a 6 week heads up as to when he was expected to start, he did not order the material and was unprepared to start the job and used weather as an excuse. HIs crew was not happy to have to work New Year's week as they said they were supposed to be off. Very little got accomplished that week, and they believed WE were pushing for them to work that week, but we were just going by what Charley Bell told us. Workmanship was shoddy and while they took a hefty deposit in August (so material could be ordered and production could start) we have been delayed waiting for materials that were only recently ordered.

We are very unhappy with this company. Customer service is key,and they don't have it. This company has had to be prodded to respond to calls and emails. When they finally do answer, they tell us they will do something on a certain day and when that does not happen, they believe we are "on them" . Just do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it, and give us the product we expected to get for the money we paid.
