Since 1988, Perfect Touch Permanent Make-up has been providing permanent makeup training and services to southern East Coast area. Based in Calabash, N.C., the center provides a suite of services for eyebrows, eyeliner, skin and lips. It also offers several beginning and advance training for practitioners. Its courses include sterilize and sanitation, color theory, photography, consultations, office setup and client preparation. Perfect Touch Permanent Make-up also offers advanced classes in lip lining and hair stroke brow design.
