Excellent service

Called 9:00am they were here within 30 min - replaced capacitor on heat pump - took about 15 mins - please note there was a cat 1 hurricane on the way - thanks David - the condo is cool again!

RUDE OWNER !!

They don't stand behind the products they sell. I had a failure on a 2yr Trane system (supposed to be one of the best) that they installed on our new home and throughout our whole neighborhood. The failed part was covered by Trane but had to pay full labor and assessment to Sandpiper....about $200 about an hour total labor and wait 5 days with no heat in January!! I was rudely accosted by the owner when I asked if he would help eat some of the cost since the failed unit was so new. I paid him full price and moved on.As a business owner also, I stand behind the products I sell to my customers to keep them happy or I wont sell those products. They apparently Don't !
