They refused to honor the warranty on their own bill of sale without an argument. I called for them to honor warranty work and just took the tongue lashing of my life. Thanks but no thanks it was your subpar service of why I call you back but I see you don't want my business. Also with that type of shouting match you wanted to get into I would never trust you to do my brakes again

Without a doubt the worst repair shop in the north country. These people are completely unprofessional. The owner will tell you that he can do a job, even though he knows that he can't, but it will take your car and park it outside for weeks. Further, if you call to find out the status, the only answer you get from his mother is that "he is not there, that he will call you back". Bottom line is that I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody, and you are a Soldier be extra careful, cause they are there to take your money. Fort Drum should make this establishment OFF LIMITS!

I am an Army SGT who is deployed to Afghanistan at the time and wanted to say that I am very happy with the work that was done by Hunter Auto Detailing shop. My wife whom is back home taking care of my two children and also keeping up the houshold in my absence has taken both our vehicles to Hunter. I have a Chevrolet Avalanche and a Jeep Wrangler. Both incidents in which my wife had to take our vehicles for mechanical work and also detail work, she was very satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism expressed by Hunter Auto Detailing. The service which was provided to our vehicles was such good service that it allowed my wife to be able to continue her work schedule as well as her daily Army Wife schedule as well. This place has really allowed me to be at ease while I am deployed, if mechanical problems were to occur to either of my vehicles in the future. I will surely recommend Hunter Auto Detailing to any one of my friends with no worries of any problems.

Poor Quality....Bad Customer Service: I took my car here to have a full interior and exterior detail. They never washed out the shampoo or extracted the water out of the carpets. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until the following morning so the mildew smell already started. The shop was closed for the holiday weekend, so I worked for four hours with my Bissell carpet cleaner to reclean and extract the water from the carpets. The smell remained. I put baking soda on the carpets and vacuumed it away. I spoke with the owner once the store reopened on Tuesday and that he couldn't take my car that day but to bring it in the following day. I brought it back in and while I was there, he began to blame me for not recognizing the problem sooner. He also started to mention other customers that didn't bring their cars back for a week or so…like it was our fault. By stating this, he was also admitting that there had been other dissatisfied customers prior to myself. I was offended that he would turn it back around on me after I had spent my holiday weekend fixing the problem that his shop caused. He still didn't fix the problem, so I just took it home and finished the job myself. I hope there isn't any mold still growing under the carpets. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this business.
