This has been one of the worst experiences at a restaurant we have ever experienced. We first entered and waited to be seated, no one was available to seat us until several minutes. We were finally taken to a booth and sat for approximatey 15-20 minutes before a waitress showed up and left menus. Finally our order was taken and chips and salsa was left. The menu stated that soup or salad came with the meals, we both asked for soup but were told they didn't have any and only salads. We ordered salads. Later after another substantial wait our meals were brought out and we asked what had happened to the salads. We were told at that time that they were out of salads. We asked if that was the case would we get a reduction on our bill, the waitress said they don't charge for salads, so no, even though they come with the meal. No refills were offered on our drinks and after the meal, no check was brought so we went up to the cashier's area and just waited for someone to show up. Never again!!
