Great service, exceptional cleaning. On time called ahead so I didn't waste my time. Came in, cleaned the carpet and let me get back to my day. Price is the best out there no you need this and that. I knew my price before they came. This is a truck mounted system not the buffer and pad I had last time that did nothing.

Hired off thumbtack. The pricing is way more affordable than any other cleaner we priced. Ryan was very friendly and explained all our options gave us the choice what to do. The carpets cleaned absolutely amazing.

I had All American Varpet cleaning clean my carpets yesterday. I had some tough stains from milk spills (toddler) and an overall need to clean my carpets. Their team did a great job. They answered the phone promptly when I called to schedule and even worked me in for the next day. I was very greatful to have it taken care of so quickly. I did their premium clean in five rooms, with pretreatment and priotective treatment included. All the spill and dirt spots are gone and my carpet feels good on bare feet again! For how many areas they treated, I felt they had a fair price and did a great job. I will use them again.

I don't know if these guys are the same as the ones in Boise. But they did an awful job. I went the next morning and it looked like they didn't even clean it at all..Very rude when I confronted him about it. We will come back out and never did, then he came up with the excuse that I need to pretreatment..he never said anything before that. They suck!!!!

I found an ad on the Internet for 3 rooms for 99 dollars. When they came out it was 347.00 I did have pet stains and wanted to leave my rented house in good shape so I trusted them when I paid the extra 33 a room to remove any oder . I paid 200 cash 147 to be held till I got paid on Friday. They ran my check early and over drafted my account and my Landlord is having to replace carpet that they assured me would not be a problem. I contacted them about the overdraft charges they promised me to refund my money for it and never did ���� I honestly feel like I was completely took by these people and should be for sure refunded my bank charges and also now since they don't even keep promises should get my whole amount back. Shame on you and your shady practices.

They have zero customer service. If you don't like the way your carpets are cleaned - too bad! They would have been cleaner with a Rug Doctor.

Simply best. Most reasonable price I found. Definitely got the most for my money. They quoted a price and gave me choice, I really liked the ability to choose my options. They technician explained everything and asked me the history of my carpet. It cleaned beautifully within a few hours. Will call again.

We had the best experience with All American. The guys were the best most efficient cleaners we have ever used. They explained all the pricing before they began the work, but no surprises. We used the coupon deal from the mail and it was exactly what it quoted. Love them will definitely call again

For anyone who reads this. and is considering getting their carpets cleaned by "All American Carpet Cleaning" listen carefully. Reguardless of what this company does as far as quality of work goes, is irrelevant. The people who work for this company come into YOUR home and call you an "idiot", dont honor their agreements, storm out like a raging hot head, and then tell you "I dont care about your business" and "It does'nt matter to me becasue I have a A+ rating" with the BBB" and yet on their OWN website they state: "All American Carpet Cleaning is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs" Based on the people who came to our home, this is a bold faced lie. They also state: "We offer excellent refferal programs (YOU WONT BE GETTING ANY GOOD WORDS FROM US) with amazing discounts for repeat customers. Our new customers can take advantage of any of our advertised specials. (WHICH YOU DONT HONOR). Most incredibly horrible and most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. I will post this and tell everyone I can about this company.... your BBB rating means jack when you treat CUSTOMERS like dirt!
